摘要
目的探讨化疗日记对消化道肿瘤携居家化疗泵患者的影响。方法采用方便抽样法选择南京市某三级甲等综合性医院肿瘤科收治的124例消化道肿瘤携居家化疗泵患者为研究对象。将2018年1-6月入院的62例患者设为对照组,采用常规护理方案;将2018年7-12月入院的62例患者设为观察组,采用化疗日记干预方案。干预结束后比较两组患者化疗不良反应、化疗依从性以及自我管理能力。结果观察组患者化疗不良反应低于对照组,化疗依从性以及自我管理能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过化疗日记,可有效降低消化道居家化疗患者化疗不良反应,提高患者治疗依从性及自我管理能力,从而提升患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of chemotherapy diary on the treatment compliance and self-management ability of patients with digestive tract cancer carrying home chemotherapy pump.Methods By convenience sampling method,124 patients with gastrointestinal cancer receiving home chemotherapy in the Oncology Department from a tertiary hospital in Nanjing were selected as the study subjects.A total of 62 patients admitted from January to June 2018 were selected as the control group,and received the routine nursing program;62 patients admitted to hospital from July to December 2018 were selected as observation group,and the intervention scheme of chemotherapy diary was adopted.After the intervention,the adverse reactions,compliance and self-management ability of the two groups were compared.Results The adverse reactions of chemotherapy in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the compliance and self-management ability of chemotherapy in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Chemotherapy diary can effectively reduce the adverse reactions of gastrointestinal home chemotherapy patients,improve the treatment compliance and self-management ability of patients,so as to improve the patients’quality of life,which is conducive to further promotion.
