摘要
目的探讨"双途径三阶段"心理干预方法对青年视网膜脱离患者焦虑、抑郁和应对方式的应用效果。方法2014年11月至2016年8月,便利抽样法选取南通市某三级甲等综合性医院眼科收治的100例青年视网膜脱离患者为研究对象。根据研究对象收治不同的科室,分为对照组50例,观察组50例。对照组进行常规心理护理,观察组在常规心理护理的基础上进行"双途径三阶段"的心理干预。采用医院焦虑抑郁量表、简易应对方式问卷对研究对象进行调查。结果干预后,观察组焦虑得分为(10.24±2.25)分、抑郁得分为(10.28±2.36)分、消极应对方式得分为(11.74±1.69)分,均低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组积极应对方式得分为(19.20±2.18)分,高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑、抑郁和应对方式的前后测得分差值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"双途径三阶段"心理干预方法较常规心理护理能更有效减轻青年视网膜脱离患者的焦虑抑郁,改善其应对方式。
Objective To explore the effect of the"two-way and three-stage"psychological intervention on the anxiety,depression and coping styles of young patients with retinal detachment.Methods By convenience sampling method,100 patients with anxiety and depression were selected from the patients with retinal detachment from November 2014 to August 2016.According to the department,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine psychological nursing.The experimental group was given routine psychological nursing plus"two-way and three-stage"psychological intervention.Hospital Anxiety and Depression scale and simple coping style questionnaire were used to investigate the subjects.Results After the intervention,the experimental group had an anxiety score of 10.24±2.25,a depression score of 10.28±2.36,and a negative coping style of 11.74±1.69,which were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The scores of the active coping style of the experimental group were(19.20±2.18)higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in the scores of anxiety,depression and coping style in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The"two-way and three-stage"psychological intervention method can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of young patients with retinal detachment and improve their coping styles compared with conventional psychological nursing.
