摘要
介绍了采用多触点对电液束加工过程中的孔通情况进行在线监测的技术方法,重点论述了信号源的确定与采集过程、小孔盲通状态判定及试验验证情况。与传统的采集电流信号检测和图像监控方法相比,该方法的实施过程可靠、响应速度快,没有误报与小孔位置的适应角度限制,可实现全方位监控,避免了大量的人为辅助工作量与误操作的可能,为小孔的自动化加工提供了技术基础。
The article mainly introduces the technical method of online monitoring of the hole through the multipoint contact to the electro-stream machining,and focuses on the identification and acquisition process of the signal source,the judgment of transparent hole and the test verification.Compared with the traditional methods of collecting current signal detection and image monitoring,the very method is reliable in implementation,fast in response,and no false alarms and no adaptive angle limitation of the position of the small holes.Therefore,it can realize all-round monitoring and avoid a large number of artificial auxiliary work,and the possibility of quantity and misoperation could provide a technical basis for the automated processing of small holes.
