Analog Signal Source of Litho-Density Logging Tool Based on the MCU System

摘要 岩性密度测井仪利用放射源发射伽马射线探测地层信息,其保存使用有严格要求,不便于高校教学的展开。介绍了一种岩性密度测井仪模拟信号源的设计,利用单片机产生随机数,通过DA芯片转换成电子脉冲信号,可以模拟伽马射线探测地层时得到的电脉冲信号,其能谱统计规律符合伽马射线探测地层时产生脉冲信号的概率分布规律。岩性密度测井仪模拟信号源无需放射源,即可产生模拟伽马射线测井信号,具有高校教学的实用价值。 The Litho-density logging tool uses gamma ray emitted by radioactive source to detect formation information. It has strict requirements for preservation and use, which is not convenient for academical teaching activities. This paper introduces the design of an analog signal source for the Litho-density logging tool. Random number is generated by the single chip computer and converted into electronic pulse signal by the DA chip. It can simulate the electric pulse signal obtained when gamma ray detects stratum formation. The statistical law of energy spectrum from simulation signal source accords with the probability distribution law of pulse signal produced when gamma ray detects stratum formation. The analog signal source of the litho-density logging tool can generate simulation gamma ray logging signal without radiation source, which is of great value for efficient teaching.
