摘要
产教深度融合在于创新合作办学机制,构建多元化的办学格局,完善以岗位需求为导向的人才培养模式,实现教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有机融合。以清远职业技术学院为例,高职院校主动发挥在区域职业教育集团中的引领作用,探索"一横两纵"互链的开放式产教融合新模式,构建集"政校行企横向联动链条、中高本人才培养纵向通道、校企双元育人纵向通道"于一体的职业教育人才培养新体系,为提高智能制造业人才培养质量探出一条特色之路。
The deep integration of production and education lies in the mechanism of innovative and cooperative school-running,constructing a diversified school-running pattern,perfecting the job-demand-oriented talents cultivation model,and realizing the organic integration of education chain,talents chain,industrial chain and innovation chain.Taking Qingyuan Polytechnic as an example,higher vocational colleges take the initiative to play a leading role in regional vocational education groups,explore a new model of open-ended integration of production and education with"one horizontal and two vertical"mutual chain,which constructs a new system of talents training in vocational education by integrating the"government-schools-industries-enterprises"horizontal linkage chain,the vertical talents training channel of secondary,higher vocational schools and undergraduate schools,and the vertical channel of school-enterprise dual-education to explore a unique path for improving the training quality of intelligent manufacturing talents.
