摘要
通过溶液法制备了花状结构的Sb2O3(简称FL-Sb2O3)赝电容正极材料,研究了水浴温度对合成结果的影响,用水热法和煅烧法对材料进行了进一步处理。使用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜及电化学工作站等,对部分Sb2O3的形貌结构和性能进行了研究和测试。研究结果表明:水浴温度对材料形貌的形成有较大影响,其中水浴温度为30℃时得到的FL-Sb2O3形貌结构最佳,它拥有较高的比容量和电导率。在0.5 A/g的电流密度下,该材料的比容量达到580 F/g,且在5 A/g的电流密度下比容量为383 F/g,表明材料的倍率性能良好。在2 A/g的电流密度下经过2000次循环后,该材料的容量保持率为91.6%。。
Flower-like Sb2O3(FL-Sb2O3 for short)for anode material in preudocapacitance was synthesized by solution method,and further treated by hydrothermal and calcination method.The effect of water bath temperature on the synthesis result was studied.The microstructure and morphology of apart Sb2O3 were investigated by X-ray,scanning electron microscopy techniques and electrochemical workstation.The research showed that water bath temperature had a great influence on the formation of material morphology.FL-Sb2O3 achieved the optimal morphology and structure at the water bath temperature of 30℃,with higher specific capacity and conductivity.FL-Sb2O3 exhibited a high specific capacitance of 580 F/g at current density of 0.5 A/g and an excellent rate capacity of 383 F/g at the current density of 5 A/g.An impressive capacitance retention of 91.6%was reached after 2000 cycles at the current density of 2 A/g.
