摘要
加氢石油树脂是石油树脂经加氢精制后的高端产品,与石油树脂相比,气味、色度、光热稳定性和相溶性等性能方面有很大的提高。对加氢石油树脂的特性性能指标分别作出分析,总结了各指标的测试方法,指出了指标间的相互联系,论述了原料、工艺等与性能的关系,探究了相对分子量和相对分子量分布在树脂性能分析中的重要性,最后提出了提高加氢石油树脂质量的建议。
Hydrogenated petroleum resin is a kind of high-end product of petroleum resin after hydrofining.Its performances are improved through hydrogenation,such as smell,color,stability with light and in heating,solubility,and so on.In this article,several performance indexes of hydrogenated petroleum resin were analyzed.Test method of performance was summarized and relationship between process and raw materials was discussed.The importance of the relative molecular weight and its distribution in performance analysis was stated.Finally several recommendations for improving the quality of hydrogenated petroleum resin were presented.
