C_9石油树脂显色原因及其加氢改性的研究 被引量:14

摘要 分析了C9石油树脂中的显色物种的来源,采用拉曼光谱、1H NMR、无机元素半定量分析等方法对加氢前后的C9石油树脂进行了表征。表征结果显示,C9石油树脂显色可能是由于石油树脂中存在的芳烃和富烯结构以及少量重金属离子和硫、溴等杂质的共同作用。通过对C9石油树脂中的苯环和烯烃进行催化加氢反应可基本脱除硫、溴等杂质。加氢后得到的高品质C9石油树脂无色透明、性能稳定,在空气气氛中于393 K下加热100 h颜色保持不变。 A C9 petroleum resin with dark brown color was modified by hydrogenation to analyze the causes of its color. The raw and modified C9 petroleum resins were analyzed by means of Raman spectroscopy, 1^HNMR, and DRC-e ICP-MS. The results showed that the color of the C9 petroleum resin might come from aromatic rings, alkene structure, a small amount of heavy metal ions, sulfur, bromine and other impurities. After catalytic hydrogenation, the aromatic rings and double bond of olefins in the resin were completely saturated, and the sulfur, bromine and other impurities were removed. The hydrogenated C9petroleum resin was colorless, transparent and stable, and remained colorless after being heated in atmosphere at 393 K for 100 h.
