摘要
气升式发酵罐因具有许多特有的优点,被广泛用于发酵产业中,如何更高效更科学地设计发酵罐内部构件一直是人们研究和探讨的方向。采用计算流体力学(CFD)的方法,对设计方案进行分析,核对,并且直观地反映出发酵罐内部的流场情况。模拟计算表明,CFD可以很好地应用在气升式环流发酵罐内部结构设计中,不仅可以提高设计的准确性,还可以提高设计效率。
With some sole advantages,air lift fermentation tank is widely used in fermentation field.But how to design more proper and effective inner structural components in the tank has been discussed and studied.In this article,by using CFD method,design scheme was analyzed and checked.It was shown from the simulation that use of CFD in the design of air lift fermentation tank not only the precision in design be enhanced but also the efficiency be increased.
