摘要
本文就环流反应器的分类、流体力学及传质特性进行了评述。详细分析了用于描述其流体力学特性的数学模型,以及环流反应器结构对操作过程的影响。根据环流反应器的流体力学和传质特性,指出了环流反应器的应用领域。最后概述了常规环流反应器拓展用于气固两相体系过程是其最新发展方向之一。
The classification, hydrodynamics and mass transfer characteristics about airlift loop reactor are reviewed in this paper. The mathematical models describing the hydrodynanfics and the effects of airlift loop reactor structure on the operating process are analyzed in detail. According to the characteristics of hydrodynamic and mass transfer, the application fields about airlift loop reactor are proposed, The gassolid two-phase airlift loop reactor which has been proposed on the basis of the principle of normal airlift loop reactor is one of its newest research directions.
