摘要
针对混凝土泵车回转支承高强连接螺栓断裂失效的问题,进行理论计算和有限元分析,确认断裂失效的原因,并提出解决方案。对解决方案进行理论计算和有限元分析,确认螺栓最大载荷满足设计要求。
Aiming at the failure of the high-tensile connecting bolt of the slewing bearing in the concrete pump truck,the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis were carried out to confirm the cause of the fracture failure and propose a solution.Theoretical calculations and finite element analysis of the solution confirm that the maximum bolt load can meet the design requirements.
