摘要
将喷丸时间和喷丸强度作为单变量因素,对不同喷丸时间和喷丸强度下40CrNiMoA合金钢制件表面残余压应力的变化情况进行试验分析。试验结果表明:40CrNiMoA合金钢制件表面残余应力会随喷丸时间的延长而出现波动,并在波动中逐渐减小;在低强度喷丸条件下,40CrNiMoA合金钢制件表面残余应力会出现无规律波动;在高强度喷丸条件下,40CrNiMoA合金钢制件表面残余应力会随喷丸强度的提高而逐渐稳定,并趋于一个和材料本身有关的常数值。
The ball blasting time and ball blasting strength were used as univariate factors to test the variation of residual compressive stress on the surface of 40CrNiMoA alloy steel under different ball blasting time and ball blasting strength. The test results show that the surface residual stress of 40CrNiMoA alloy steel parts would fluctuate with the ball blasting time and would decrease gradually in the fluctuation. Under low-intensity ball blasting conditions, the surface residual stress of 40CrNi Mo A alloy steel parts would appear irregular fluctuations. Under high-intensity ball blasting conditions, the surface residual stress of 40CrNiMoA alloy steel parts would gradually stabilize with the increase of ball blast ball blasting intensity, and tend to be a constant value related to the material itself.
