摘要
在风力发电机叶片的生产过程中,叶片腹板与叶片壳体的粘接,以及叶片壳体后缘的粘接常常出现问题。针对叶片腹板与叶片壳体的粘接问题,进行了粘接区理论计算,并进行了理论与试验对比,同时给出了粘接优化措施。针对叶片壳体后缘的粘接问题,分析了粘接形式,对后缘直接粘接间隙进行了设计。
In the production process of wind turbine blades, the bonding of the blade web to the blade shell and the bonding of the trailing edge of the blade shell often cause problems. Aiming at the bonding problem between the blade web and the blade shell, the theoretical calculation of the bonding zone was carried out including the comparisons between the theoretical results and experimental results. At the same time, the countermeasures for optimization of adhesive bonding were given. Aiming at the bonding problem at the trailing edge of the blade shell, the adhesive bonding form was analyzed, and the direct bonding gap at the trailing edge was designed.
