An Overview on the Development of Key Technologies for Wind Turbine Blades

摘要 从叶片的设计、材料、制造工艺3个方面详细介绍了风力机叶片关键技术的发展概况,包括叶片的设计理论与方法、翼型的选择、载荷分析、结构设计、材料体系的选择、制造工艺等。在综合分析和论述的基础上,力图系统、清晰地认识和理解叶片的设计、材料、制造工艺对风力机性能的重要影响,并指出其未来的研究方向。 This article gives a detail introduction and development overview on the key technology of wind turbine blade from three aspects i.e. blade design, materials and engineering, covering blade design philosophy and methods, airfoil selection, load analysis, structural design, the choice of material systems and manufacturing process etc. On the basis of comprehensive analysis and discussion, it tries to get a systematic and clear awareness and understanding of the important impacts of blade design, material selection and manufacturing processes to the performances of the wind turbine while pointing out its future direction in the research.
