摘要
基于农学专业综合性实验“农产品中有机磷及氨基甲酸酯类农药残留测定方法”教学中丙酮、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、甲醇和正己烷等有毒有机溶剂使用量大,且目前主要采用普通方法进行重蒸和回收造成有机溶剂回收效率低,实验耗时过长,实验教学环节不够紧凑,同时影响学生健康,存在安全隐患等问题,本研究结合绿色环保理念和低温冷却循环系统技术对该测定实验中有机溶剂的重蒸和回收处理进行了改进,将减压回收法、改进减压回收法与常规蒸馏法的溶剂回收效果进行了比较。结果表明:改进后的关闭三通阀减压回收法5种溶剂的平均回收率达97%,溶剂平均回收时间缩短了近90%。改进减压回收法效果显著提升,具备进一步教学推广应用的价值。
There are some problems in the comprehensive experiment of determination of organic phosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues in agriculture products for agronomy major such as large usage of toxic organic solvents such as acetone,dichloromethane,ethyl acetate,methanol and n-hexane,and low recovery rate of organic solvents by using common re-evaporation and recovery,resulting in long time consuming in the experiment,the experimental teaching link being not compact enough,affecting students’health and existing hidden danger.Combining with green environmental protection concept and low temperature cooling circulation system technology,the re-evaporation and recovery method in this experiment were improved.The recovery effects of organic solvents of decompression recovery method,improved decompression recovery method and conventional distillation were compared.The results showed that the average recovery rate of five organic solvents reached 97%using the improved decompression recovery method by closing the three-way valve,and the average recovery time shortened almost 90%.The improved decompression recovery method could increase the recovery effect significantly,which has the value of teaching,popularization and application.
