摘要
目的了解低浓度苯、甲苯、二甲苯对箱包生产人员的健康影响。方法对443名箱包企业从业人员进行问卷调查，同时对作业环境空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯浓度进行监测。结果接触组中睡眠障碍、疲劳、嗅觉减退、注意力不集中、气促、咳嗽和眼结膜刺激症状的发生率高于对照组，相对危险度艘在1．2～2．1之间；神经系统症状和黏膜刺激症状与目前接触苯、甲苯、二甲苯密切相关，相对比数比0R均在1．2以上。结论低浓度苯、甲苯、二甲苯接触对箱包生产人员有健康损害，有必要加强职业卫生安全管理，提高从业人员的相关知识知晓率。
[ Objective] To learn the adverse effect of low - dose exposure to benzene mixtures on the health of luggage - making workers. [ Methods] 443 luggage -making workers were collected to answer the questionnaires; meanwhile, detection was made on the concentration of benzene, toluene and xylene in the air of the workplaces. [ Results] The prevalence of somnipathy, fatigue, hyposmia, distractibility, short breath, coughing and conjunctival irritation in the exposure group was higher than that in the control group; the relative risk was between 1.2 and 2.1 ; the neurological symptoms and the conjunctival irritation were closely correlated with the exposure to benzene, toluene and xylene, OR were all above 1.2. [ Conclusion] Low - dose exposure to benzene, toluene and xylene is harmful to the health of the luggage - making workers; safety management should be strengthened on the occupational hygiene to improve the relative knowledge among the workers.
