水肿脐带气门芯断脐的改良设计及应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:在气门芯断脐技术的基础上进行改良设计,应用于水肿脐带,并进行效果研究。方法:随机抽取笔者所在医院活产新生儿水肿脐带的病例100例,观察组50例应用改良的断脐技术;对照组50例单独应用气门芯断脐技术,对比分析两组断脐时间、断脐失败率、脐带断裂率、脐带渗血发生率、脐炎发生率。结果:观察组断脐时间短于对照组,脐带断裂率、断脐失败率、脐带渗血发生率、脐炎发生率、脐带脱落时间、助产士压力指数均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用改良的断脐技术可以缩短水肿脐带的断脐时间,降低脐带断裂率、断脐失败率、脐带渗血发生率、脐炎发生率、脐带脱落时间,减轻助产士压力,提高助产技术,从而保障新生儿安全,预防感染,值得临床推广、应用。 Objective:Based on the technology of valve core umbilical cord,the improved design was applied to the edema umbilical cord and the effect was studied.Method:A total of 100 cases of neonatal edema umbilical cord in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups,50 cases in the observation group were treated with modified umbilical cord technique,50 cases in the control group were treated with valve core umbilical cord technique.Broken umbilical failure rate,umbilical cord rupture rate,incidence of umbilical cord oozing,and incidence of umbilical inflammation were compared.Result:The umbilical cord rupture time was shorter than that of the control group,the umbilical cord rupture rate,umbilical cord failure rate,umbilical cord oozing rate,umbilical cord incidence,umbilical cord shedding time,and midwifery pressure index were all lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved umbilical cord technique can shorten the umbilical cord edullary time,reduce the umbilical cord rupture rate,the umbilical cord failure rate,the incidence of umbilical cord oozing,the incidence of umbilical corditis,the umbilical cord shedding time,reduce the midwife pressure,and improve the midwifery technique.In order to protect the safety of newborns and prevent infection,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
