摘要
目的:分析在合并幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)患者的临床治疗中实施同步抗感染治疗的临床价值。方法:将笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年3月收治的90例合并Hp感染的NAFLD患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同将其分为对照组(常规西药治疗)和观察组(根除Hp同步抗感染四联疗法),比较两组Hp根除情况,治疗前后血脂、肝功能、生活质量改善情况。结果:观察组Hp根除率为97.7%,对照组Hp根除率为84.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血脂、肝功能水平均明显优于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗合并Hp感染的NAFLD患者,使用同步抗感染疗效显著。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of simultaneous anti-infection therapy in the clinical treatment of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)infected with helicobacter pylori(Hp)patients.Method:A total of 90 cases of NAFLD patients with Hp infection admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were taken as the research object,and they were divided into the control group(conventional western medicine treatment)and the observation group(eradication of of Hp synchronous anti-infection quadruple therapy)according to different treatment methods.Hp eradication,improvement of blood lipids,liver function,and quality of life before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:The eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was 97.7%,and the eradication rate of Hp in the control group was 84.4%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid and liver function of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of NAFLD patients with HP infection,the effect of synchronous anti-infection therapy is significant.
