摘要
目的:对川木香的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用凝胶、硅胶柱色谱法对川木香饮片85%乙醇提取物进行分离,并根据理化性质和核磁共振波谱数据对分离得到的单体化合物进行鉴定。结果:从川木香85%乙醇提取物中分离得到12个单体化合物:去氢木香内酯、木香烃内酯、4-烯丙基-2,6-二甲氧基苯基葡萄糖苷、对苯二酚葡萄糖苷、紫丁香苷、丁二酸、磺酸基木香烯内酯B、磺酸基木香烯内酯A、丙三醇、麦角甾-5烯-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、云木香B、珊塔玛内酯。结论:化合物4-烯丙基-2,6-二甲氧基苯基葡萄糖苷,麦角甾-5烯-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷均为首次从川木香中分离得到。
Objective:To study on the chemical composition of Chuanmuxiang(Radix Vladimiriae).Methods:Ethanol water extract with 85% density was extracted by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol respectively.The ethyl acetate was separated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and other column chromatography,and purified by semi preparative high performance liquid chromatography.The monomers were identified according to the physical and chemical properties and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) data.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated from the 85% ethanol water extract of Chuanmuxiang:dehydroalignan lactone;lignan lactone;4-allyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl glucoside;hydroquinone glucoside;syringing;succinic acid;sulphonated lignan lactone A;sulphonated lignan lactone B;glycerol;ergosterol-5-ene-3-o-β-d-glucopyranoside;saussurea B;santalalactone.Conclusion:Compounds No.3 and No.10 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
