摘要
目的:观察二术二陈汤治疗岭南地区高血压痰湿壅盛证患者的临床疗效。方法:将62例高血压痰湿壅盛证患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各31例,对照组予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用二术二陈汤治疗,观察治疗前后两组患者眩晕、头痛、头重如裹、呕吐痰涎评分情况及收缩压、舒张压的数值。结果:两组患者治疗前眩晕、头痛、头重如裹、呕吐痰涎等评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者眩晕、头痛、头重如裹评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间眩晕、头痛、头重如裹等评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间呕吐痰涎评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗前收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者收缩压、舒张压与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间收缩压、舒张压比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二术二陈汤结合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗岭南地区的高血压痰湿壅盛证患者,能有效降低其收缩压、舒张压,改善其眩晕、头痛、头重如裹等临床症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Erzhu and Erchen Decoction(EZECD) on hypertension with phlegm dampness accumulation syndrome in Lingnan area.Methods:A total of 62 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 31 cases in each group according to the method of random number table.The control group was treated with Amlodipine Besylate Tablets.The observation group was treated with Erzhu Erchen decoction on the basis of the control group.Before and after the treatment,the scores of vertigo,headache,head heavy as if swathed,vomiting,phlegm and saliva,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the two groups were observed.Results:Before the treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of vertigo,headache,head heavy as if swathed,vomiting,phlegm and saliva between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the scores of vertigo,headache and head heavy as if swathed,etc.were significantly different between the two groups compared with before the treatment(P<0.05).The above indexes were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in vomiting,phlegm and saliva between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating hypertension with phlegm dampness accumulation syndrome in Lingnan area,EZECD combined with Amlodipine Besylate Tablets can effectively reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure,and improve clinical symptoms such as vertigo,headache and head heavy as if swathed,etc.
