摘要
目的:观察咳嗽合剂治疗老年感染后咳嗽的临床疗效及对患者白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)、转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)的影响。方法:选取2016年11月至2017年10月江苏省南京市中医院收治的老年感染后咳嗽患者50例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组26例和试验组24例,实际完成48例。对照组26例,脱落2例,最终完成24例,试验组24例,脱落0例,最终完成24例,对照组不予干预治疗,试验组口服咳嗽合剂,每次20 mL,日3次,连续治疗7 d,比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医症状积分、嗜酸粒细胞比值及计数、IL-10、TGF-β1水平。结果:对照组有效率为41.67%,试验组有效率为66.67%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组中医症状积分无明显变化(P>0.05),试验组中医症状积分明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组嗜酸性粒细胞计数与比值与治疗前比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),且组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组IL-10、TGF-β1水平与治疗前比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组治疗后IL-10水平降低,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),TGF-β1水平与治疗前比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),组间IL-10水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:咳嗽合剂治疗老年感染后咳嗽能够明显改善患者临床症状,有效调节IL-10水平,抑制炎症反应。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Cough Mixture on senile post infectious cough(PIC)and its influence on interleukin-10(IL-10) and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1).Methods:Fifty senile patients with PIC admitted to Nanjing Hospital of TCM of Jiangsu Province from November 2016 to October 2017 were selected and divided into the control group with 26 cases and the experimental group with 24 cases according to random number table method.A total of 48 cases were actually completed.Among 26 cases in the control group,2 cases fell off,and 24 cases were in the final completion while among 24 cases in the experimental group,0 case,and 24 cases were in the final completion.The control group did not receive any intervention.The experimental group took Cough Mixture orally,with 20 mL each time,three times a day,and for 7 days continuously.The clinical efficacies,TCM symptom scores,eosinophil ratios and counts,IL-10 and TGF-β1 levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 41.67% in the control group and 66.67% in the experimental group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,there was no significant change in TCM symptom score of the control group(P>0.05),while the TCM symptom score of the experimental group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05).After the treatment,there was no significant difference in eosinophil count and ratio between the two groups before and after the treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-10 and TGF-β1 in the control group had no statistical significance compared with those before the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the differences in the levels of IL-10 and TGF-β1 before and after the treatment in the control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05).While the IL-10 level in the experimental group decreased significantly,and the difference before and after the treatment had statistical significance(P<0.05),but the difference in TGF-β1 before and after the treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05).There was statistical significance in the IL-10 level between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cough Mixture has a remarkable efficacy on senile PIC,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,effectively regulate the level of IL-10 and inhibit inflammation.
