摘要
目的了解当前儿科医患沟通现状,探究降低儿科医生流失率,加快儿科专业医学生培养方案的措施,最终保证儿科医疗服务的质与量。方法自行设计问卷调查,通过问卷的方式调查江苏南京、浙江绍兴等地患儿家属对儿科医疗现状的看法以及对于医学生培养方案的意见。结果77%的家属表示没有遇到或经历过医闹;78%的家属认为当前儿科医生较少。对于医学生的培养,家属更看重的素质依次为专业知识、道德品质、沟通能力等方面。结论医生态度差、等待时间长是影响家属就诊满意度的主要因素,而要提高就诊满意度,减少医患矛盾,需加强医生与患儿及其家属的沟通,提高儿科医生工作满意度,加大对儿科专业医学生的培养。
Objective This paper aims to understand the current situation of doctor-patient communication,explore the measures to reduce the loss of pediatricians and accelerate the training program for pediatric medical students,so as to ensure the quality and quantity of pediatric medical services.Methods Through self-designed questionnaire,this paper collects opinions on the current situation of pediatric medical treatment and advice on the training program of pediatric medical students among parents in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province and Shaoxing,Zhejiang Province.Results 77%dependents indicated that they had never experienced or encountered medical disturbance.78%thought that there was a lack of pediatricians.As for the cultivation of medical students,the qualities that parents value most are professional knowledge,moral quality,and communication skills.Conclusion Doctors’poor attitude and long waiting time are the two main factors affecting parents’medical treatment satisfaction.There are several effective methods to reduce doctor-patient conflicts and improve treatment satisfaction,such as strengthening the communication between doctors and patients and their families,improving the job satisfaction of pediatricians as well as strengthening the training of pediatric medical students.
