专科护理管理在重症监护病房谵妄患者中的应用及对谵妄发生率和APACHEⅡ的影响被引量：7

摘要目的研究分析重症监护病房谵妄患者采用专科护理管理对谵妄发生率以及APACHEⅡ的临床影响。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月本院重症监护病房收治的94例谵妄患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和参照组,各47例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组予以专科护理管理。比较两组护理效果。结果研究组护理满意度为97.87%,参照组护理满意度为87.23%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组ICU住院时间、谵妄发生率(6.38%)以及APACHEⅡ评分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症监护病房谵妄患者实施专科护理管理模式,效果显著,值得临床推广。
