摘要
新兴重点学科专业作为军队院校任职教育发展的基础和载体,在推动国防科技创新、院校综合实力提升和新型军事人才培育等方面发挥着重要作用.根据军队任职教育院校新兴重点学科专业建设存在的问题,本文以海军“舰载机起降保障与指挥冶重点学科专业为例,基于科教融合理念提出创新建设思路和实践探索方法,通过供给侧改革明确科研与教学主攻方向、化解职业教育供需错位.
As the basis and carrier of the development of military academies'post education,the newly emerging key disciplines play an important role in promoting science and technology innovation in the field of national defense,enhancing the comprehensive strength of academies,and cultivating new military talents.Aiming at solving the problem existed in the construction of the new key disciplines and specialties in military vocational education colleges,taking the Navy's key disciplines of“Shipborne Aircraft Support and Command of Takeoff and Landing”as an example,this paper puts forward innovative construction ideas and practical exploration methods based on the concept of integration of science and education,clarifies the main direction of scientific research and teaching through supply-side reform,and resolves the dislocation between supply and demand of vocational education.
