摘要
学科制度是近两年我国学术界出现的一个新名词。本文在对它进行界定的基础上,认为大学学科制度具有的基本功能是训练,在此基础上产生了三个派生功能:约束、秩序与激励,并从四对矛盾中归纳出它的四个局限。
Disciplinary institution is a new conception in academic circles. Beginning from the definition to the disciplinary institution in university, this article presents its basic training function, and then, its three derivative functions, i. e. , restraining, ordering and encouraging. Based on the above discussion, it summarizes the four limitations of this institution.
