摘要
目的对医院60名科室主任及承担各级各类科研项目的课题负责人及管理部门人员进行科研联系人满意度调查,以了解其情况。方法对各满意度采用频率和相对数进行描述,影响因素采用检验和二分类Logistic回归多因素分析。结果仅有少数调查对象(3.1%~8.8%)表示不满意,影响因素分析结果显示,“服务意识”(χ^2=11.967,P<0.01)、“准确传达各类科研信息”(χ^2=4.016,P<0.05)、“及时与同事及科研管理部门沟通”(χ^2=14.597,P<0.01)对促进科研联系人工作有影响。结论科研联系人工作的总体满意度较高,科研联系人队伍建设需要长期坚持。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of 60 department directors,project leaders and management personnel of all levels of scientific research projects in order to understand the situation.Methods Frequency and relative number of each satisfaction degree were described,and test and binary logistic regression multivariate analysis on affecting factors was used.Results Only a small number of respondents(3.1%~8.8%)expressed dissatisfaction.The analysis of influencing factors showed that“service consciousness”(χ^2=4.016,P<0.05),“communicating with colleagues and scientific Research management department in Time”(χ^2=14.597,P<0.01)had an impact on the promotion of research contacting persons' work.Conclusion The overall satisfaction degree of scientific research contacting persons' work is high,and the construction of contact team needs long-term persistence.
