摘要
本文从医院高质量发展的视角出发,从管理理念革新、技术工具应用、制度体系优化、人才培养模式创新、外部合作拓展等多个维度,系统梳理医务管理创新的理论逻辑与实践路径,旨在为提高医疗行业管理能力水平提供相关参考。
This article,from the perspective of high-quality hospital development,systematically sorts out the theoretical logic and practical path of medical management innovation from multiple dimensions such as management concept innovation,application of technical tools,optimization of institutional systems,innovation of talent cultivation models,and expansion of external cooperation,aiming to provide relevant and beneficial references for improving the management capacity and level of the medical industry.
