摘要
肺癌的形成起于气,成于血,终于痰瘀毒,肝肺两脏在生理病理上息息相关,临证治疗肺癌应注重调理肝肺。根据发病部位:中心型肺癌多气郁毒热,木火刑金,治之以佐金平木;周围型肺癌多气虚气郁,津停痰瘀,治之以疏肝理肺。从邪气因素之气血痰瘀毒角度分析,理气为治疗肺癌的根本,理气重在理肝肺之气,肝肺气机通利,则气行、痰化、瘀散、毒解。调肝理肺法为肺癌的重要治疗方法之一,贯穿肺癌的治疗始终,临证时应灵活掌握具体方法,辨清病因病机,明确相应证候,辨证与辨病相结合,扶正与祛邪兼顾。
The formation of Lung cancer starts from the abnormal condition of Qi and exists with the abnormal condition of Blood.It ends up with the accumulation of Phlegm,Stasis and Toxin.The Liver and Lung are closely related to each other in physiology and pathology,so the treatment of Lung cancer should focus on regulating the relationship between Liver and Lung.According to the location of the disease:central lung cancer is usually caused by Qi stagnation,Stasis,Toxin and Heat,namely,Wood Fire injuring Gold,so the treatment method should be helping Gold to decrease the evil power of Wood;most of the peripheral lung cancers are caused by Qi stagnation and depression,fluid stopping and Phlegm stagnation,so the treatment method should be soothing Liver Qi and Lung Qi.From the perspectives of the Evil factors such as Qi,Blood,Stasis and Toxin,regulating Qi,mainly the Qi of Liver and Lung,is the fundamental way in treatment of lung cancer,then the problems of Qi,Phlegm,Stasis and Toxin would be solved.This is one of the most methods in treatment of Lung cancer and can be used throughout the whole process of the treatment.It is also necessary to flexibly apply different kinds of the specific methods and to identify the etiology and pathogenesis,in order to clarify the corresponding syndrome.Besides,in treatment we should combine syndrome differentiation with disease identification,and make effect both in tonifying Zheng Qi and in dispelling Evil Qi.
