摘要
气机升降理论是中医学理论体系的重要组成部分,其研究的基础包括左升右降的机理研究、升降出入的机理研究、升降理论的核心脏腑等,这些内容与肿瘤的病机、病理变化、治疗以及机体与肿瘤之间物质能量转化等有着密切的联系。近年的临床实践与实验研究均表明,气机升降失调是引起肿瘤发生发展的基本病理环节,气机升降功能失常与正虚密切相关,而运用扶正培本治疗肿瘤有一定的优势,故应重视气机升降理论在肿瘤研究中的理论价值。
The qi upbearing-downbearing theory is an important part of TCM theoretical system, including left- upberaing right-downbearing, upbearing, downbearing, inward and outward movement and the core organs involved. It is closely related to the pathogenesis, pathology and treatment of tumor. The imbalance of qi upbearing-downbearing is the basic pathology of tumors and closely associated with right deficiency. The right-supporting method has a certain advantage in treating tumors and we should pay attention to the theoretical value of qi upbearing-downbearing theory in cancer research.
