介入栓塞与手术夹闭治疗颅内动脉瘤术后迟发性脑缺血发生特征及危险因素 被引量：12

摘要 颅内动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage,aSAH)是一种死亡率较高的危险性疾病[1]。据调查显示[2],约有30%的患者会在出血后1~2周内发生迟发性脑缺血(DCI)疾病,DCI不仅会降低患者预后效果,还会影响患者生活质量,威胁患者健康。临床上对治疗颅内动脉瘤的最优手术方式存在争议,探究影响患者DCI发生率的相关因素仍是当今学者的研究重点[3]。为进一步提高患者预后情况,保障手术治疗有效率,降低并发症发生率,本文就介入栓塞与手术夹闭治疗颅内动脉瘤术后DCI发生特征及危险因素进行探究,总结如下。
