摘要
目的探究采取电项针结合以体感互动为基础的平衡训练方法对于脑供血不足性眩晕患者的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2020年2月至2022年3月于海军军医大学第二附属医院收治的134例脑供血不足性眩晕患者的临床资料,依据治疗方法的不同分为观察组(68例)和对照组(66例),对照组给予常规营养神经和改善脑部血流循环等治疗方案,观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予电项针结合以体感互动为基础的平衡训练。对比2组患者的血流动力学指标、眩晕情况、中医证候评分和治疗效果。结果治疗2周后,2组患者的血流动力学各项指标、眩晕情况及中医证候评分均较治疗前有所改善(P均<0.05),且观察组患者的上述指标均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组患者的脑供血不足性眩晕治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电项针结合以体感互动为基础的平衡训练方法可以恢复脑供血不足性眩晕患者的脑部血流供应情况,改善其眩晕症状,临床治疗效果显著。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of electric nape acupuncture combined with balance training based on the somatosensory interaction on patients with vertigo due to cerebral circulatory insufficiency.Methods The clinical data of 134 patients with vertigo due to cerebral circulatory insufficiency at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from February 2020 to March 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.They were assigned into an observation group(68 cases)and a control group(66 cases)according to the different treatment methods.The control group was given routine treatment to improve the nerve health and cerebral circulatory.The observation group was given electric nape acupuncture combined with balance training based on the somatosensory interaction in addition to the treatment method of the control group.The hemodynamic parameters,vertigo,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the hemodynamic parameters,vertigo,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the above parameters of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of vertigo due to cerebral circulatory insufficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electric nape acupuncture combined with balance training based on the somatosensory interaction can restore the cerebral circulatory of patients with vertigo due to cerebral circulatory insufficiency and relieve their vertigo symptoms,which has a significant therapeutic effect.
