摘要
探讨波棱瓜花水溶性多糖提取最佳工艺,为藏药深度开发提供科学依据.以影响多糖提取效率的料液比、提取温度、提取时间为自变量,提取液多糖含量为响应值,在单因素试验的基础上,运用中心组合设计响应面实验,优化波棱瓜花多糖提取条件.根据Design-Expert软件回归分析,研究结果表明,波棱瓜花水溶性多糖的最佳提取条件为:料液比1∶30、提取温度70℃、提取时间1.5 h,实际平均提取率为6.35%,RSD为3.2%,与最大提取理论值(6.59%)相当.结论:响应面法优化波棱瓜花水溶性多糖提取工艺合理.
The optimum technology for extracting water-soluble polysaccharides from Herpetospermum pedunculosum flower was discussed to provide scientific basis for further development of Tibetan medicine.The solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time,which affect the extraction efficiency of polysaccharide,were taken as independent variables,and the yield of the polysaccharide as the response value.Based on single factor experiments,central composite design(CCD)combined with response surface methodology(RSM)was employed to optimize the extraction process of the polysaccharide from Herpetospermum pedunculosum flower.According to the regression analysis using design-expert software,the results showed thatthe best extraction conditions of water-soluble polysaccharide were the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30,the extraction temperature of 70℃,the extraction time of 1.5 h,the actual average extraction rate of 6.35%,RSD of 3.2%,which was the same as the maximum extraction theoretical value(6.59%).It is concluded that the response surface method is reasonable to optimize the extraction process of water-soluble polysaccharide from Herpetospermum pedunculosum flower.
