轻量化乘用车铸铝焊接工艺探索 被引量:1

Exploration on Welding Process for Cast Aluminum for Lightweight Passenger Cars

摘要 铝合金是一种焊接后强度会下降的材料,所以异种铝材料车身结构想通过焊接来达到连接的目的需要进行一系列的试验验证方可应用于汽车零部件的生产制造中。通过采用优化后的传统熔化焊工艺对铸铝A356和铝型材6005A进行了焊接,并对这两种材料及焊接工艺方式进行了验证。力学拉伸试验、渗透检测、无损射线透照、宏观低倍检验等测试结果表明,采用传统的焊接方式和设备即可实现这两种材料的焊接。本次研究是对传统焊接工艺在现代汽车制造业中的应用进行了一次积极有益的探索。 The traditional fusion welding is used to weld the cast aluminum-A356 and the aluminum alloy profile-6005A,and the two materials and process methods of the welded joint are verified.The results of mechanical tensile test,penetration(PT)test,nondestructive ray(RT)penetration test and macroscopic low magnification test show that the welding connection of the two materials can be realized by using traditional welding methods and equipment,which makes a positive and beneficial exploration on the applica⁃tion of traditional welding technology in modern automobile manufacturing.
