大浪滩盐湖低品位钾盐矿溶浸工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 高品位钾矿资源储量的不断减少对现有钾肥生产造成影响,低品位钾盐矿资源的开发利用备受关注。大浪滩盐湖地区低品位钾盐矿资源储量丰富,低品位钾盐矿资源的开发利用可有效弥补钾肥生产原料紧缺的现状。本文对大浪滩地区的低品位钾盐矿资源进行物相、成分分析,对低品位钾盐矿溶浸过程及工艺进行了探索,并充分模拟低品位钾盐矿溶浸过程的现状,采用自然堆滤的方式对溶浸液进行处理。低品位钾盐矿溶浸工艺数据可为大浪滩盐湖低品位钾盐矿资源的开发利用提供数据支撑,可为低品位钾盐矿溶浸工艺优化提供技术支持。 The decreasing reserves of high-grade potassium ore resources have an impact on the production of potassium fertilizer,and the exploitation and utilization of low-grade potassium ore resources has attracted much attention.Dalangtan Salt Lake is abundant in low-grade potassium ore resources,of which the development and utilization can effectively alleviate the shortage of raw materials for potassium fertilizer production.This paper covers the analysis of the phase and component of low-grade potassium ore resources in Dalangtan area and the probe into the process and technology of the low-grade potassium ore leaching,with its present leaching process fully simulated and the leaching solution treated by natural heap filtration.The data collected in the leaching process are supportive both to the development of low-grade potassium ore resources in Dalangtan Salt Lake and to the technical optimization for the leaching of low-grade potassium ore.
