摘要
苏阿皮蒂碾压混凝土重力坝采用可振可碾低VC值碾压混凝土施工,较传统碾压混凝土减少碾压遍数2~4遍,对已施工完成到设计龄期的C 9015W6F50碾压混凝土在基础廊道内钻孔取芯表明,均满足设计要求。可振可碾混凝土施工有利于提高施工效率,降低施工成本,有效保证变态区域混凝土施工质量,进一步提高了层间结合质量。
The Souapiti RCC gravity dam is constructed by vibrating and rolling low VC-value RCC,which can reduce rolling passes of 2-4 times compared with traditional RCC.The drilling core samples of the C 9015W6F50 concrete in foundation corridor which has reached to the design age show that the design of RCC meets the requirements of specifications.The application of vibrating and rolling concrete is beneficial to improve construction efficiency,reduce construction cost,effectively ensure concrete construction quality in the metamorphic area,and further improve the quality of interlayer bonding.
