摘要
基于KEBA运动控制系统,在饮料码垛行业的背景下,开发了一种实用的码垛工艺包。此工艺包的开发遵循集成整列和码垛,一键完成产品切换和程序下载,操作简单等原则,从用户画面开发,PLC程序开发和Kario程序开发三部分来完成。目前经过饮料生产线码垛检验,此工艺包运行稳定可靠,可推广使用。
Based on the KEBA motion control system,a practical palletizing technology package was developed in the context of beverage palletizing industry.The development of the process package follows the principles of array integration and palletization,completing product switching at one key stroke and program download,simple operation,and so on.The development work includes the user screen development,PLC program development and Kario program development.After the inspection of palletization in the beverage production line,the operation of this process package runs stably and reliably,and can be extensively used in the whole industry.
