摘要
根据多年从事禽类副产品加工的实践经验,结合骨肉分离技术与食用膨化骨粉加工技术,提出以禽骨架和禽腿骨为原料的禽骨类副产品综合加工方案。按此方案对禽骨类副产品进行综合加工利用,可较大幅度提高原料的附加值,减少资源浪费,提高禽副产品加工的社会效益与经济效益。
Based on the writers'years of experience of poultry by-product processing, and combined with the technology of deboning and bulking bone dust processing,the comprehensive processing technical program for poultry bone by-product was proposed to take poultry skeleton and thigh bone as raw materials. If the program was applied to process poultry bone by-product, it can greatly increase the added value of raw materials. So it can improve the social benefit and economic benefits.
