摘要
以双欧拉模型及颗粒动力学理论为基础,应用Fluent软件进行了简单射流流化床的模拟.经过不同湍流模型下的二维、三维计算结果分析,并与实验值比较,初步探讨湍流模型和二维、三维模拟方法对稠密气固流动数值模拟的影响,发现RNGk ε湍动方程较标准k ε湍流模型提高了稠密气固两相流数值模拟的准确性,三维模拟计算的流场比二维模拟更准确.
CFD modeling of multiphase flow can be realized by the combination of Euler/Euler model and kinetic theory of granular flow. Based on these theories, Fluent code was used to simulate a simple jetting fluidized bed. Through analyzing 2D and 3D simulation results under different turbulence models and comparing them with experimental data, effect of turbulence model and 2D, 3D modeling methods on dense gas-solid flow numerical simulation was investigated. It is found that RNG k-Ε equation in comparison with standard k-Ε equation can improve the accuracy of dense gas-solid flow numerical simulation; the flow field from 3D modeling is more reliable than that of 2D simulation.
