水泥乳化沥青混合料初期强度影响因素及机理 被引量:9

摘要 为了探究水泥乳化沥青初期强度影响因素,进行了水分损失试验、掺加材料需水率试验、马歇尔稳定度试验、孔隙率测定试验以及扫描电镜试验。在聚类分析理论基础上,研究了粉煤灰、硅粉、水泥和乳化沥青掺量,以及养护条件、孔隙率、水分损失对混合料初期强度的影响。研究结果表明:随着粉煤灰掺量、硅粉掺量、孔隙率以及水分损失的增加,水泥用量减少,混合料的马歇尔稳定度不断降低。养护条件对混合料初期强度没有显著影响。内部空间结构松散程度和黏结状态是影响混合料初期强度的主要因素,粉煤灰、硅粉、乳化沥青的掺加使微观结构面变得松散,影响混合料的整体强度。养护条件的变化并不能显著改善微观结构面的黏结状态。混合料的初期强度影响因素中,影响程度依次为:水泥掺量>孔隙率>12 h水分损失>硅粉掺量>乳化沥青掺量>粉煤灰掺量。 In order to explore the influencing factors of the initial strength of cement emulsified asphalt,the water loss test,water demand test of admixture material,Marshall stability test,porosity test and electron microscope scanning test were carried out.Based on the theory of cluster analysis,the effects of fly ash,silica fume,cement and emulsified asphalt on the initial strength of the mixture were studied.And the effects of curing conditions,porosity and water loss on the initial strength of the mixture were also analyzed.The results show that with the increase of fly ash content,silica powder content,porosity and water loss,the cement content and the Marshall stability of the mixture decrease.The curing conditions have no significant effect on the initial strength of the mixture.The loose degree of the internal spatial structure and the bonding state are the main influencing factors.The addition of fly ash,silica powder and emulsified asphalt loosens the microstructure surface and affects the overall strength of the mixture.The change of curing condition can not improve the bonding state of microstructure surface.The degree of influencing factors of the initial strength of the mixture is cement content>porosity>12 h water loss>silica powder content>emulsified asphalt content>fly ash content.
