德宏奶水牛初乳和常乳中五种常量元素含量的动态变化 被引量:4

摘要 为了积累德宏奶水牛初乳和常乳中五种常量元素的基础数据,本试验对德宏水牛第1、2、3、5、7天的初乳及第15、30、60、90天的常乳进行测定。结果显示,初乳中钠、镁和磷的含量随泌乳天数的增加呈下降趋势,初乳略高于常乳,常乳中含量在一定范围内变化,差异不显著。钾在初乳中含量略微上升,初乳略高于常乳,常乳中钾含量变化差异不显著。钙含量在初乳中呈上升趋势,初乳中钙含量低于常乳,常乳中钙含量变化差异不显著。 In order to accumulate the essential data of five constant elements in colostrum and milk of Dehong buffalo, the content in colostrum of day 1、day 2、day 3、day 5、day 7 and in milk of day 15、day 30、day 60、day 90 were analyzed. The results showed that the content of sodium, magnesium and phosphorus decreased in colostrum, and the content in colostrum was slightly higher than that in milk. The content of milk varied in a certain range, and the difference was not significant. Thecontent of potassium in colostrum increased slightly, and the content of potassium in colostrum was slightly higher than that in milk. There was no significant difference in the content of potassium in milk. The content of calcium increased in colostrum, and the content of calcium in colostrum was lower than that in milk. The results showed that the secretion characteristics of five major elements in colostrum and milk of Dehong milk Buffalo, and the change law of mammary gland in lactation period were clarified.
