黄芪多糖对热应激下奶牛生产性能、血清生化指标的影响 被引量:22

Effect of Astragalus Polysaccharide on Performance, Serum Biochemical Index of Dairy Cows under Stress

摘要 本试验采用配对设计,根据胎次(1.95±0.95)、泌乳天数(220.34±42.73d)和泌乳量(34.45±4.89kg/d),选取30头健康奶牛,随机分为对照组和试验Ⅰ组(APS 30mL/d)、试验Ⅱ组(APS50mL/d),每组10头,试验组奶牛分别于颈部肌肉注射APS注射液。试验分三个阶段,每个阶段连续注射4d(每天早晨8点注射),停止3d,试验期21d。试验期第0、4、7、11、14、18、21天测定奶牛直肠温度、呼吸频率、产奶量及乳品质指标;尾静脉采血,测定血清生化指标。结果表明,第21天时,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组奶牛的直肠温度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在第14天时,试验Ⅱ组奶牛的呼吸频率显著比对照组低(P<0.05)。另外,试验前后三组奶牛产奶量均显著下降(P<0.05),但注射APS对奶牛产奶量无显著影响。第21天时,与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组的体细胞数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,试验期间,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的血清球蛋白(GLB)浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在第4天时,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的β-羟丁酸(β-HBA)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。然而,APS对氧化应激下奶牛其他血清生化指标没有显著影响(P>0.05)。因此,APS能够降低应激下奶牛直肠温度、呼吸频率、乳体细胞数及血清球蛋白,对应激下奶牛生理状况和血清生化指标产生一定的影响,具有缓解奶牛应激的潜力。 Thirty healthy dairy cows were randomly divided into three groups(10 cows in each group) according to parity(1.95±0.95)、lactation days(220.34±42.73 d) and milk yield(34.45 ± 4.89 kg/d). In the experimental group, 30 mL/d(Treatment I) and 50 mL/d(Treatment II) of APS injection were injected into the neck muscle respectively. Each stage was injected with APS for 4 days(8:00 a.m. every day) and stopped for 3 days. The experiment lasted 21 days. The rectal temperature, respiratory rate, milk yield and milk composition were measured on day 0, 4, 7, 11, 14, 18 and 21 of the trial period. Blood samples were collected from tail vein to determine serum biochemical indexes, serum hormones and antioxidant indexes. The results showed that on the 21 st day, the Treatment I and the Treatment II significantly reduced the rectal temperature of the cows compared with the control group(P<0.05). And the respiratory rate of dairy cows in Treatment II decreased significantly on the 14 th day. In addition, the milk yield of the three groups decreased significantly before and after the experiment(P<0.05). On the 21 st day, compared with the control group, the number of somatic cells in the Treatment II decreased significantly(P<0.05). In addition, on the 21 st day, the serum globulin(GLB) concentration of dairy cows was significantly decreased in Treatment I and the Treatment II(P<0.05), and on the fourth day, the level of beta-hydroxybutyric acid(β-HBA) in Treatment I and the Treatment II was significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05). However, APS had no significant effect on other serum biochemical indices of dairy cows under oxidative stress(P>0.05).
