摘要
通过对SA533GrBCL2-304L的爆炸焊接工艺试验研究,优化爆炸焊接工艺参数,制定合理的热处理工艺,开发了理化性能指标均达到设计要求的核电设备用SA533GrBCL2-304L金属复合板,为抢占核电金属复合板的原材料市场、打破国外市场垄断奠定了基础。
Through experimental research on explosive welding process of SA533GrBCL2-304L clad metal plate for nuclear power equipment,the process parameters of clad metal plate were optimized,the reasonable heat treatment process was prepared for it,and the products of SA533GrBCL2-304L clad metal plate for nuclear power equipment with physical and chemical properties meeting the design requirements were developed,which lays a solid foundation for seizing the raw material market of clad metal plate for nuclear power equipment and breaking through the monopoly of foreign markets.
