非理想圆柱面气静压轴回转精度分析 被引量:1

摘要 主轴回转精度是一项重要的精度指标,其影响因素多,作用规律复杂。采用Geomagic Studio软件创建基于轮廓测量的非理想圆柱表面模型,采用Fluent软件对模型进行仿真。以10组转子和多孔质气静压轴承为研究对象,基于Samcef软件建立气静压轴承-转子系统动力学模型进行仿真分析,获取轴心轨迹数据,通过Matlab编程实现了主轴回转中心轨迹的可视化,并在模块化主轴性能试验台上进行了回转精度测试。仿真和测试结果表明,全局尺寸组合形成的气静压轴的回转精度比非理想圆柱面气静压轴回转精度高。 The rotating accuracy of spindle is an important accuracy parameter.It possesses many influence factors and complex action rule.The non-ideal cylindrical surface model based on profile measurement can be built by using Geomagic Studio software,which can be simulation by using Fluent software.Ten groups of rotors and porous aerostatic bearings as experimental objects,based on the Samcef software,the porous aerostatic bearing-rotor system is built and simulation.and obtaining axle centre orbit data,visualization of the trail of the rotating spindle center is realized by Matlab software,and the rotation accuracy of modular spindle was tested on the performance test bench.The simulation and test results show that the rotational accuracy of the aerostatic axis formed by the combination of global dimensions is higher than that of the non-ideal cylindrical aerostatic axis.
