摘要 压铸尼龙齿轮在冷却过程中存在一定的收缩现象,导致小模数齿轮分度圆直径减小,齿轮传动出现间隙。为检测尼龙齿轮尺寸是否达到制造要求,提出一种基于视觉技术的尼龙齿轮分度圆测量方法。经影像测量仪采集齿轮图像,应用系统标定、图像处理、轮廓提取等算法,寻找中间圆及其附近圆与齿轮轮廓相交产生的齿厚与齿槽宽数组,计算两数组欧氏距离最小的圆近似作为齿轮的分度圆。实验表明,该方法测量精度达到0.01 mm以上,满足尼龙齿轮的检测要求。从而指导模具尺寸参数的设计,弥补镜盘齿轮压铸收缩带来的不良影响。 The die-cast nylon gear has a certain shrinkage phenomenon during the cooling process,resulting in a decrease in the diameter of the index circle of the small modulus gear and a gap in the gear transmission.In order to test whether the nylon gear size meets the manufacturing requirements,a method based on vision technology for measuring the pitch of the nylon gear is proposed.The image is collected by the image measuring instrument,and the algorithms such as system calibration,image processing and contour extraction are applied to find the array of tooth thickness and cogging width generated by the intersection of the circle and the contour of the circle and the gear,and calculate the circle with the smallest euclidean distance between the two arrays.Approximate as the indexing circle of the gear.Experiments show that the measurement accuracy of this method is above 0.01 mm,which meets the testing requirements of nylon gears.Thereby guiding the design of the mold size parameters to make up for the adverse effects caused by the shrinkage shrinkage of the mirror gear.
