摘要
目的:评价静电刺激治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年12月至2017年12月武汉市精神卫生中心收治的失眠症患者51例作为研究对象,对其进行静电刺激治疗。比较患者干预前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分和心肺耦合分析评估结果。结果:静电刺激治疗4周后患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分及心肺耦合分析分析结果均显著优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:静电刺激是一项安全有效的治疗失眠症的方式,且简便易行,值得临床推广。
Objective:To estimate the clinical efficacy of electrostatic stimulation in the treatment of patients with insomia.Methods:A total of 51 patients with insomia in Mental Health Center of Wuhan City from December 2016 to December 2017 were chosen as the study object,and they were all treated with electrostatic stimulation.Then the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Cardiopulmonary Coupling(CPC)of patients before and after the intervention were compared.Results:The PSQI score and CPC analysis of patients at 4th week after the treatment of electrostatic stimulation were significantly better than those before the intervention,and there were all statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electrostatic stimulation is effective in the treatment of insomia.And it is safe,easy and convenient to operate,so it is worth to be adapted in clinical practice.
