摘要
目前,我国尚未出现预测焊机故障的预警系统,只有当焊机出现问题后,才能组织工作人员对焊机进行排查维修,造成船舶企业生产效率低下。针对这一情况,提出基于RFID技术管理船舶焊机,借此优化焊机管理流程,监测焊机的动态信息,从而提高船舶生产效率、降低船舶生产成本。
At present, China hasn’t had an early warning system to predict the failure of welding machine yet.Only when there is a problem with the welding mchine, staff can be organized to carry out inspection and maintenance of welding machine, which results in inefficient production of marine enterprises. In view of the above situation, the management of the ship welding machine based on RFID technology is proposed to optimize the welding machine management process, monitor the dynamic information of the welding machine, so as to improve the ship’s production efficiency and reduce the production cost of the ship.
