摘要
课程资源是培训体系重要组成部分,对培训活动的有效开展起到重要的基础性作用。为加强培训课程资源体系建设,促进船舶企业转型升级,在分析船舶企业培训课程资源体系现状的基础上,构建了由外部课程和内部课程构成的培训课程体系,并分别提出了课程体系构建的方法与步骤以及以学习地图为核心的课程体系应用策略。
Course resource is an important part of the training system, which plays an important basic role in the effective development of training activities. In order to strengthen the construction of training course resource system and promote the transformation and upgrading of ship enterprises, a training course system composed of external courses and internal courses is constructed based on the analysis of the current situation of training course resource system of ship enterprises, and the methods and steps of course system construction and the application strategy of course system with learning map as the core are put forward respectively.
