摘要
目的探讨聚焦解决模式对急性心肌梗死患者自护能力与健康认知水平的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年4月收治的急性心肌梗死患者110例,随机将患者等分成对照组与观察组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预,比较两组患者的自护能力与健康认知水平。结果观察组患者健康行为、自护技能、自护意识及自我认知评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者AMI知识、AMI治疗、康复训练、并发症防控及饮食生活等健康认知水平评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用,能提高其自护能力和健康认知水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of applying focused resolution mode for self-care ability and health cognitive level of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods To select 110 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given a nursing intervention based on a focused resolution model.The self-care ability and health cognition level of patients.were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group's health behavior,self-care skills,self-care awareness and self-cognition scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of the patients'health cognition levels such as AMI knowledge,AMI treatment,rehabilitation training,complications prevention and control,and diet and life in observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of focused resolution mode in patients with acute myocardial infarction could improve their self-care ability and health cognition level.
