摘要
烟草作为特殊商品,对质量有着严格的要求。因此,烟草企业需要不断地提高产品质量,同时还要满足用户对产品的各种要求。本文针对这个问题,提出了基于六西格玛管理的质量管理模块,并集成到MES中。通过企业的实际部署应用,证明了该功能模块能够满足企业的实际需求,提升了产品的质量,也满足了用户的需求,提高了企业的信息化管理水平。
As a special commodity, tobacco has strict requirements on quality. Therefore, tobacco companies need to continuously improve the quality of their products, while also meeting the various requirements of users. In response to this problem, this paper proposes a quality management module based on Six Sigma management and integrates it into MES. Through the actual deployment and application of the enterprise, it is proved that the functional module can meet the actual needs of the enterprise, improve the quality of the product, meet the needs of the user, and improve the information management level of the enterprise.
