摘要
彝族冬至节的食俗文化包蕴着丰富的内容,这些食俗文化与当地的自然环境和人文环境相互关联,是地域饮食文化的一张名片。彝族人民在传统的冬至时节中糯米粑粑的制作、吃牛羊肉、熬制羊汤和食用各种山珍佳肴、酿造小灶酒等逐渐形成一种当地特色的饮食风俗。以楚雄大姚县铁锁乡为例,探析彝族冬至节丰富多彩的食俗文化内涵。
As a traditional cultural signature,the Yi people’s food culture on winter solstice festival contains rich contents,which are related to the local natural environment and human environment.For the traditional winter solstice festival,the Yi people have gradually formed a local food custom,including making glutinous rice dumplings,eating beef and mutton,cooking sheep soup,eating a variety of mountain delicacies,and brewing small stove wine.This paper takes Tiesuo Township,Dayao County,Chuxiong Prefecture as an example to explore the rich and colorful cultural connotation of winter solstice festival of the Yi people.
